Course Description: The session is designed for educators from all content areas. Welcome H.O.M.E.: A Partnering Party for Building Relationships invites you to reimagine creating connections with students and families. Experience practical, bite-sized media arts tools and practices to build and sustain relationships. (H)onoring (O)ur (M)oments and (E)xperiences examines social-emotional constructs in relationship building.

Facilitator: Patrice Lawrence

Bio: Patrice “A Creative Beast” Lawrence is a proud product and professional from the Prince George’s County Public School System. As a Teacher of the Year finalist, senior teacher leader, and media arts instructor; her service is grounded in a commitment to encourage creativity and establish strong connections.
