This #mcred course is a launchpad into a reflective and strengths-based approach to professional learning through Maryland Micro-Credentials where participants explore the connective tissue of the Maryland State Fine Arts Standards and the Creative Process. This is the prerequisite course for all further #mcred courses.

In January, the Maryland State Department of Education Fine Arts Office hosted the eighth iteration of the original #mcred Creative Process cohort. Over 20 arts educators and teaching artists were added to our #mcred Alum Hall of Fame!

On February 10, 2021 The Fine Arts Office at the Maryland State Department of Education showcased twelve Maryland Arts Educators from across the state specializing in Creative Aging to over 50 vendors!
